The challenge

TOSHI is currently live in London, New York and Los Angeles, with more US cities in the pipeline. As part of its growth, the last-mile delivery carrier wanted to build a Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge to facilitate much faster integrations of its services.

In addition, TOSHI wanted a solution that meant little to no development work would be required to get it installed and activated as a carrier at checkout.

The approach

Fuse carried out a comprehensive approach from discovery to development and launch. The first step involved a full discovery for TOSHI. This included mapping out their goals and objectives then defining both the functional and technical requirements for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration.

Fuse’s team of experts conducted thorough research and analysed the existing integration landscape, utilising their brand-side knowledge and expertise through Tryzens, which formed the blueprints of the cartridge.

What results have TOSHI seen?

  • Their onboarding timeline has halved on average
  • A much faster integration of TOSHI’s services, with little to no development work needed to get TOSHI installed and activated as a carrier at checkout
  • Due to the pre-built connector, the traction to go live with brands is much higher
